SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY WORKSHOP

Over the two hours, Emma Hall will be virtually take us through managing competition day nerves, strategies to work through injuries and setbacks, thought management and self-talk, and how to figure out where we sit on an optimal arousal scale and tools to get us there. This is an in-house seminar but open to ALL!

TED RUTLEDGE MEMORIAL CUP

With the recent lockdown, we have pushed this competition back until the 18th of December. All previous September sign ups will automatically be transferred over and remaining spots will open when lockdown lifts! This is also our yearly charity event!

12 WEEK BEGINNER COURSE - ROUND 1 2022

 

Our most sought after course, the 12 Week Beginner Course is designed for all experience levels. Over the 12 weeks we will teach you the fundamentals of squatting, benching, and deadlifting and how to program yourself for longevity. Given the recent lockdown extension, we have decided to push this back until Jan 2022.
