12 WEEK BEGINNER COURSE - ROUND 3 2022
Our most sought after course, the 12 Week Beginner Course is designed for all experience levels. Over the 12 weeks we will teach you the fundamentals of squatting, benching, and deadlifting and how to program yourself for longevity. Given the recent lockdown extension, we have decided to push this back until Jan 2022.

Our Strong Mums group class is designed
to offer you a space environment to start
or get back into lifting! It is held by coach
and director, Schae, who completed her pre and post-natal course over a year ago. You will get all the practical tools and support to be confident in moving your body.
6th July 2022
This will be our first competition of the year and we can't wait to welcome you all back onto the platform! This competition will be unaffiliated meaning everyone is welcome,
NO federation required. Lifting will commence at 10am with the standard 2 hour
